Why meditation is important ?
Meditation is a tool that brings you inwards to your self. Which leads you to inner peace and happiness. Brings harmony and overflowing love. This in turn change your attitude perception and experience of yourself and things and people around you. You become more positive and balanced attracting same kind of people and situations…positive.
You may choose a time when nobody will disturb you. Take few deep breaths to centre yourself. Close eyes. Just observe incoming and outgoing breaths’. Practice regularly for at least 20 minutes in the beginning.slowly increases 5 minutes every 10 days. Feel the warmth and cold of breath and its course in the body. You will be peaceful calm and productive.
